To Call or Not To Call?

I want to call, but I'm afraid to call. I don't know if they'll be like, "Why are you calling?" or, "Why didn't you call?" If I call, they could shoot me down, but if I don't call, then I'll be thinking, "What if..." Sometimes, they say that they hate the phone, but sometimes they say that they don't mind the phone. I enjoy talking with them, they're a great person to talk to. But something is keeping me from calling them. I'm so, so indecisive.
